How long should I lie on a mattress before choosing?
Ten minutes on each of your last two or three, in the position you sleep in. Book the quiet hour if you want the room to yourself.
Can I return a mattress?
You can exchange a mattress within 60 nights for another one of the same price (sample policy); ask us for the details before you buy.
Do you sell online?
No. Everything is sold in the showroom. Send the enquiry form or call to ask about any item and we reply within a working day.
What sizes do you have?
Single, small double, double, king and super king, plus custom lengths on the house mattresses.
Do you take my old mattress away?
Yes, on the same trip as your delivery, and we send it to a mattress recycler.
Which mattress is best for back pain?
We cannot give medical advice. We can show you mattresses with different support and let you try them; your doctor or physiotherapist is the right person to ask about pain.
