Why cleaners work from high to low, dry to wet
The order of a clean matters more than the products. Here is the order our cleaners follow (sample).
Home cleaning, room by room
The same cleaner every visit, a checklist for every room, and colour-coded cloths so nothing from the bathroom ever touches your kitchen.

Deep clean
Once or twice a year, or before a regular clean starts: inside cupboards, behind appliances, limescale, skirting and doors.

Your first visit
The first clean takes a little longer: the cleaner learns your home, and you agree what matters most.
1
Walk-through
Ten minutes together: rooms, keys, pets, anything to leave alone.
2
High to low, dry to wet
Dust and glass first, then surfaces, then floors, so nothing is cleaned twice.
3
Room by room
Kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, living areas and hall, each with its own cloth colour.
4
Check together
A last look round. Notes go on your job sheet for the next visit.

What customers say
The job sheet is the best part. I wrote “leave the plants” once and nobody has touched them since.

Shirts come back on hangers on Thursday evening, which is the only reason I own an ironing board at all.
