How pickup works
Four steps, about two days from doorstep to doorstep.

Book a pickup
Use the quote form or call by 18:00 the day before your area’s day.

Leave the bag out
One bag per service, with your name on the tag. We collect between 8:00 and 12:00.

Washed and checked
Sorted by colour and care label, washed, dried or pressed, then checked item by item.
4
Back at your door
Folded or on hangers within 48 hours, on your area’s next day.

We follow the care label
Every item is washed at the temperature on its label. If a label says dry clean only, we send it to a dry cleaner we trust and tell you the price first.
What we do not take
- Leather, suede and fur
- Wedding dresses and costumes
- Items soaked in paint, oil or chemicals
Our laundry room
Commercial machines in our own laundry on Quay Road (sample), with separate loads for every customer. Nothing is mixed with anyone else’s washing.
Book your first pickup
Choose your area’s day and leave the bag out by 8:00. The first bag of washing and folding is half price (sample offer).
