Cleaning services
Book a regular clean, a one-off deep clean or a clean before you hand back the keys. Every clean follows the same room-by-room checklist.
Regular home clean
Weekly or every two weeks, with the same cleaner each time. Kitchen, bathroom, floors, dusting and beds.
Deep clean
Once or twice a year, or before a regular clean starts: inside cupboards, behind appliances, limescale, skirting and doors.
Move-out clean
Empty homes cleaned to the inventory standard before the check-out, oven and fridge included.
Office cleaning
Small offices, studios and surgeries cleaned in the evening or early morning, one to five times a week.

Questions before the first clean
Do I need to be at home?
Only for the first visit, if you can. After that most customers leave a key with us; keys are coded, never labelled.
What if my cleaner is ill or on holiday?
A cover cleaner comes on the same day and works from your job sheet. We tell you the name the day before.
Can I skip a week?
Yes. Tell us 48 hours ahead and there is no charge (sample policy).
What if something is not done?
Tell us within 24 hours and the cleaner comes back to finish it at no charge (sample policy).
Do you clean with pets in the house?
Yes. Tell us on the form, and we use unscented products if you prefer.
