Order balloons or ask about a costume
Tell us the date, how many guests and what you need. We reply by email or phone within one working day (sample) with the price and a collection time.
- Costumes put aside for three days
- Pay when you collect, in the shop
- Order balloons two days ahead, a week ahead in October

Good to know
How far ahead should I order balloons?
Two days for most parties, a week in October and before New Year. Same-day balloons are fine for small numbers.
Can I return something?
Unworn costumes within 14 days with the receipt. Opened face paint, wigs and filled balloons cannot be returned (sample).
Do you deliver?
Yes, in Springfield from $8, and balloon arches are set up for you (sample).
Is there parking?
Yes, a public car park behind the shop on Lamplight Road, free for the first hour (sample).
