Delivery and collection
Eight kitchens deliver. Order from up to three of them and our own rider brings everything in one bag, or collect it from the delivery desk by the door.

The yellow tags on the plan. Rice Rail, Cold Spoon, the bakery and the bar serve in the hall only: sushi and gelato do not travel well.

How a mixed order works
Tell the delivery desk the stall number and the dish for each kitchen. The desk sends each order to its counter and times them so the slowest dish is ready first.
A rider collects from each counter, checks every box against the tag and packs hot and cold apart. The tag goes on the bag, so you can see which kitchen cooked what.

Our own riders
Six riders on cargo bikes work from the hall every evening. They are paid by the hour and keep every tip, and the delivery fee pays for them.
Can I order ahead for later?
Yes. Call from 11:00 or send the request form with the time you want, and the desk confirms it.
Can I add a kitchen after I order?
Call the desk straight away. Until the rider leaves we can add a counter to the same bag.
What if something is missing?
Phone the desk. The tag shows which counter cooked it; we send it or refund that dish.

Call the delivery desk with your stall numbers and dishes, or send a request. We confirm the total and the time before anything is cooked.
