Your staff's data
Names, phone numbers and hours worked are personal data. This is how Rotaline (sample) keeps them.
Where it is kept
Data centres in the EU or the US; you choose when you sign up (sample).
Backups
Every hour, kept for 30 days in a second region (sample).
Signing in
Two-step sign-in for managers; staff sign in with a link sent to their phone.
Taking it with you
Download every rota and timesheet as a spreadsheet at any time.
When you leave
Your account is deleted 30 days after you cancel, backups 30 days later (sample).
Questions about data
Who at Rotaline can see our rotas?
Only the support person you invite into your account, for as long as you allow, and the on-call engineer during an incident.
Do you sell or share data?
No. We use other companies only to run the service (hosting, text messages, email); they are listed in our data agreement (sample).
Can I sign a data processing agreement?
Yes. Ask the sales desk; it is the same agreement for every plan.
Where are clock-in photos kept?
With the rest of your data, and deleted after 30 days.
