Billing questions
How do you count people?
Everyone who had at least one shift in the month. Managers who never work a shift are free.
Can I change plans?
Yes, at any time. Moving up starts at once; moving down starts with the next month.
How do I pay?
By card or by bank transfer for yearly plans. You get an invoice by email every month.
Is there a discount for a year?
Pay for a year and the twelfth month is free (example prices).
What if I stop?
Cancel in the account settings. You keep access until the end of the month you paid for.
