What happens when the weather cancels your flight

Every flight gets a weather check the evening before and again on site (sample). Our limit is a steady wind of 38 km/h; gusts, rain and low cloud can stop a flight sooner.

If the forecast is wrong for your job, we call you before 18:00 and offer the next two good days. Rebooking costs nothing, and the price stays the same.

Property photos need sun as well as calm air, so for listings we sometimes wait a day for better light even when it would be safe to fly.
