Can I reserve a piece?
Yes. Ask about it with the form or by phone and we hold it for two days. Pay when you collect.
What if it does not suit the room?
Bring it back within 30 days in its packaging and we refund you. Candles that have been lit cannot be returned.
Do lamps come with a bulb?
Yes, a warm white LED bulb (2700 K) is in every lamp box, and we test each lamp before it leaves.
How do I know a piece will fit?
Every label gives the height in centimetres, and the width for anything wider than it is tall. Measure your shelf, then ask us.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, from $20, in the shop or by email (example prices). They are valid for two years.
Seen something you like?
Tell us the piece and we hold it for two days while you decide (sample). We reply the same day we are open.
