Hatchworks (sample) has made campaigns and identities for theatres, food halls, colleges and charities in Springfield since 2014.
We started as two designers who were tired of guessing what a client wanted. The first workshop was in a borrowed church hall with a pack of notes and a roll of dot stickers (sample).
It worked because everyone could see the same wall: what customers said, every idea, and how the room voted. We still start every project that way.
The same people run the workshop and make the work. Nobody hands you over.

We hire one or two people a year, usually a designer or a producer. We read every portfolio, and we answer every application within three weeks (sample).
