Five steps, the same for a service or a repair. The price is agreed at step three, before a wrench turns.
Online or by phone. Tell us the car, the mileage and which lights are on.
From 08:00 at the desk, or in the key box by the door the evening before. We note the mileage and any marks with you.
After the inspection we phone with what we found, what is urgent and what can wait, and send the quote in writing.
Nothing else is done without a second call. Old parts go in a box in the trunk, unless you tell us to recycle them.
Most cars are ready by 17:00. You get a printed report and, after a service, the service book stamped.
Gas, diesel and hybrid cars and small vans. We use parts of original-equipment quality and tell you the brand on the quote.

Read the terms in your warranty booklet, or bring it in and we will go through it with you. We service to the maker’s schedule for your car, list the parts we use and stamp the service book.
Most services are done the same day: drop off by 09:00 and collect from 16:00. When a repair needs parts ordered, we tell you on the phone with the price.
Yes, for jobs under two hours: oil changes, tires, batteries and the diagnostic scan. The waiting room has coffee, wifi and a desk.
Usually yes. The car’s computer keeps a record of the fault, so a scan can still read it and tell you whether it will come back.
Within five miles we collect and return it for $20 (example prices). See Collection and delivery.
