Recommendations your managers can run

A final report can be right and still change nothing. The usual reason is that no one inside the company owns the next step.

For each part of the answer, name the manager who will carry it out, the first thing they will do and the date they will report back. Keep it to a page.

Then hold one review a month later. It takes an hour, and it is the meeting most likely to decide whether the work paid off.
