Health plans
Routine care for a year, paid monthly: the yearly vaccine, two health checks, flea and worm doses and nurse clinics.
Four plans, drawn month by month
Every strip starts in the month you join. Pick the plan for your pet’s age and species; you can switch when a puppy or kitten turns 15 months.

- Nurse clinics: weight, nails and teeth checks
- 10% off other treatment at the clinic (sample)
How paying works
Plans are paid by monthly direct debit for twelve months, then roll on. You can stop after the first year with one month’s notice (sample terms).
Plans cover routine care only. They are not insurance and do not pay for illness or injury.
Plan questions
When does the first vaccine happen?
In month 1, at the health check that starts the plan. If your pet is already vaccinated, the yearly booster moves to the month it is due.
Which flea and worm doses are in the plan?
The vet chooses them at the first check, for your pet’s weight and lifestyle. Reception posts them or you collect them.
Can I join if my pet has a health problem?
Yes. The plan covers the routine care; treatment for the problem is charged separately, with the 10% plan discount (sample).
Is a health plan the same as insurance?
No. Insurance pays for illness and accidents. A plan only spreads the cost of routine care.
