Your first private flight: what happens at the terminal

A private terminal is a small building next to the apron, usually with a lounge, a desk and free parking (sample guide).

Arrive 15 minutes before wheels up. Show the same photo ID you would show for an airline flight, and the crew takes your bags to the aircraft.

There is no security line on most domestic charter flights. Liquids, pets and ski bags can travel with you; tell us when you book so the crew can plan the weight.
