- Room booked and the contract read with us
- Health and travel insurance in place for the whole stay
- A bank card that works abroad and some local cash
- Copies of your passport, visa and offer letter, on paper and on your phone
- Airport pickup or the route to your room written down
- A first-week plan: registration, doctor, SIM card, student card
