Planning a VR birthday: what parents ask us

Most birthday groups are 8 to 12 guests aged 8 to 13 (sample). We run them in two rounds of up to six players, so everyone plays while the others watch on the lobby screen.

The party host keeps score, picks games that suit the youngest guest and calls a break when anyone needs one. You bring the cake; we bring plates, candles and the birthday name on the screen.

Weekend dates go two to three weeks ahead. Send a booking request and we hold the date for 48 hours.
