The four sun plans
North is at the top of every plan. The yellow stretch of the sun path is when the sun is on that villa’s pool in mid-July; the dashed part is the rest of the day.
Sun times for mid-July (sample). In May and September the sun sets about an hour and a half earlier.

Every villa is let on its own, for your group only. Prices are per villa per week, not per person.

In every villa
- A full kitchen with a dishwasher, and a grill on the terrace
- A table outside that seats everyone the villa sleeps
- Shutters and air conditioning in every bedroom
- A washing machine and a drying line in the sun
- A pool fence with a gate that latches
- A first-aid kit, a fire blanket and a torch for the lane

Questions about the villas
Can we bring the children?
Yes. Every pool has a fence and a gate that latches, and Fico’s pool has a wide shallow step. Cots and high chairs are free.
Is there shade by the pools?
Every pool has two parasols, and the sun plans show when the house or the trees shade it. Fico’s pool is in shade from 16:00 in July.
Can two families share?
Limonaia sleeps eight in four bedrooms with three bathrooms; it is the house most groups of two families take.
Do you take dogs?
One well-behaved dog in the Casetta, which has a fenced garden. Not in the pool villas, sorry.
Is there a step-free villa?
The Casetta: level from the parking to the bed and the shower, with a plunge pool at garden level.
