How I answer a person specification

A panel shortlists against the person specification, line by line. So I answer it line by line too (sample note).

For every criterion I write where I did it, when, and one number. Then I mark it honestly: done at this scale, done at a smaller scale, or learning now.

The hollow squares are the most useful ones in an interview. They show exactly what I would need to learn in the first six months.
