How booking works

Send a request
Use the box office form or call. Tell us the tickets and the names for the wristbands.

Pay by link
Within two working days you get an email with the total and a card payment link.

Get your wristbands
Wristbands are posted in June. Lost in the post? Bring photo ID to the box office tent.
Ticket rules
Can I get a refund?
Up to 1 June, yes, minus a $10 fee (example prices). After that, you can pass your ticket on through the box office.
Can I change the name on a ticket?
Yes, free of charge until the wristbands are posted. Email the box office with the order number.
Do I need ID?
Bring photo ID if you are 18 to 25 and want to buy a drink, and for the Night Barn after 22:00.
Can I buy at the gate?
Day tickets, if any are left. We post on the news page when a day sells out.
Weekend tickets are on sale
Send the box office a request and you get a payment link by email within two working days. Wristbands are posted in June.
