Winter hands: what to do between visits

Cold air outside and dry heating inside are hard on hands and nails (sample).
Wear gloves for washing up and cleaning: hot water and detergent soften the gel and dry out the skin. Use a hand cream after you wash your hands, and keep a small tube in your coat pocket.
If a nail chips, do not peel it. Come in for a free repair within seven days of a gel set.
