Diagnostics
A light on the dashboard or a fault that comes and goes: we find out what it is before anything is replaced.
What the diagnostic check covers
One hour with the code reader and the car on the road, then a written report.
- Fault codes read from every control unit
- Live data checked on a road test
- Wiring and connectors looked at, not just the codes
- A written report and a price for the repair
How a job runs
The same five steps for an MOT, a service or a repair.
1
Book a slot
Send a booking request or ring the workshop. We confirm the day by phone or email.
2
Drop the car off
By 08:30 on the day, or drop the keys through the letterbox the night before.
3
We look and ring
A mechanic puts the car on the ramp and rings you with a written price, item by item.
4
You decide
Say yes or no to each item. Advisories can wait for another day.
5
Collect
Pay at the counter. The old parts are in a box in the boot, so you see what was changed.
Book the car in
Ring the workshop or send a booking request. We confirm the day and ring with a written price before we fit anything.
