Cosmos are back: the first summer stems from our growers

The first cosmos of the summer came in on Tuesday from one of the two growers we buy from (sample note).

Cosmos are light and airy, so they make a bouquet look loose and garden-picked. They do not travel well, which is why you rarely see them in a supermarket.

Ask for them in any bouquet, or buy a bunch of ten from the buckets by the door.
