Questions we are asked
How late can I order for same-day delivery?
Order by 14:00 on weekdays and by 11:00 on Saturday, and we deliver the same day anywhere in Springfield (sample).
Do you deliver outside Springfield?
Yes, to the villages within fifteen miles, for a flat fee of $12 (sample). Further than that, we send flowers through a florist we trust.
Can I choose the flowers myself?
Of course. Tell us the colours you like and anything to leave out, or come in and pick stems from the buckets with us.
How do I keep a bouquet fresh?
Cut a little off each stem at an angle, use a clean vase with cool water and change it every two days. Keep the flowers out of the sun and away from fruit.
Can I pay online?
Not on the website. We send you the price by email or phone, and you pay by card over the phone or in the shop.
Do you do wedding consultations?
Yes, free and without obligation, at the studio on weekday afternoons. Bring photos of the dress, the venue and anything you like.
What if the flowers I want are not in season?
We tell you honestly and suggest something that looks similar and is at its best on your day.
