Take notes by hand, even for a spreadsheet course

It feels slow to write a formula on paper when you could paste it. That slowness is the point: you read every part of it (sample).

Keep one page per chapter. Write the task, the formula and one mistake you made while trying it.

At the end of the course those nine pages are the most useful thing you own.
