Larch Software joins the group as an associate

Halden Group has bought 35% of Larch Software (sample), a Springfield company whose route and load planning software is used by more than 300 haulage firms.

Larch keeps its founders, its brand and its customers, including Halden Logistics’ competitors. The group has one seat on Larch’s board.

It is the group’s first associate: a minority stake in a company we know well, rather than a full purchase.
