Thirteen weeks, four phases, one adviser and a plan you keep.
How an engagement runs
Four phases on the same thirteen weeks. You do most of the work, because it is your business; we bring the numbers, the plan and a fortnightly meeting that keeps it moving.

The plan stays on your wall, not in our files
Every job has a name next to it and the weeks it should take. When something slips, we move it on the plan together and say why, so the next quarter starts from what really happened.
After the first meeting we send a one-page proposal with the fee and the start date. Nothing starts until you agree it in writing.
Read-only access to your accounts and bank
A morning on site, on a normal working day
One named person at your end for the plan
Start with a free first meeting
Forty-five minutes at our office or at your business. Bring last year’s accounts and a recent bank statement, and you leave knowing whether we can help and where we would start.
